The office is situated at the centre of the attractive small town of Fontevraud l’Abbaye, from which we aim to offer an all round professional service and to take the stress out of buying a property in a ‘foreign environment’. We make sure that you, the buyer, understand fully the buying process and benefit from our experience and knowledge of the region.
We will take you through every stage of the purchase, from the first visit to completion. We will also arrange transfer of services (water & electricity) into your name. All this for the standard French agency fee! You are not charged extra because you are foreign buyers! Once you own the property we can put you in touch with local builders, gardeners, cleaners etc etc. We can also offer you a key-holding and check-visits service in your absence.

ACCOMODATION whilst house-hunting:  We have a self-contained 1st/2nd floor apartment (for 2 + cot) above the office (minimum 2 nights). We also can put you in touch with local hôtels, gîtes & B&B,  just ask us for details.
